La Torre dei Serretti
La Torre dei Seretti è un bell'esempio di torre civile, costruita interamente in bozze squadrate di verrucano e databile al XII sec. Sono ancora presenti tre finestroni ad arco a sesto acuto, che consentivano l'accesso ai ballatoi lignei posti all'esterno della torre, di cui adesso si conservano solamente i grossi fori di alloggiamento.
Sul lato Nord della torre è ancora presente un interessante agglomerato di abitazioni medievali costruite in verrucano.
La torre è situata lungo la strada che anche nel medioevo conduceva alla parte alta del colle, una delle strade più importanti del castello, che prendeva inizio dalla poco lontana Porta di Mercato.
Ai piedi della torre si apre una piazzetta molto suggestiva, circondata da edifici con numerose tracce di tecniche medievali (timpani, archi in laterizio, bozze in verrucano.
